If you wish to join the club please download and complete the membership form and return it to either a club representative or the address below. Membership must be paid in full by cheque, made payable to PENDLE FOREST SPORTS CLUB.

Membership will allow you unreserved access to the club and grounds for the 12 month period.
All persons involved in the clubs sporting activites must be playing members. Playing membership also includes social membership.

As a member of the club you must abide by the rules laid down in the constitution of the club as well as the club's policies and codes of conduct.
