Great news for all Members at Pendle Forest

It was unanimously agreed at the Committee Meeting on Thursday 9th October 2008 to commence the necessary work to :

 Drain the cricket area at Old Laund Booth playing fields and convert into a “multi sport” area including the formation of two new junior football pitches

 Remove the surplus soil near the existing senior football pitch to create additional car parking on site which is essential at busy times

These things do not come cheap !! – the Club needs to continue to undertake regular fund raising and social events and I would request that EVERY member considers joining the "Gold Bond Weekly Draw in aid of Pendle Forest Sports Club" which costs only £1 per week whilst raising additional money for the Club (see separate website article for details).

Without raising such money, we will NOT be able to continuing investing in better facilities at YOUR CLUB.
